Circumstances	Unknown. Domingo was last seen in the early morning hours leaving his residence at the 200 block of Junction Ave. in Cave Junction, OR. to travel to Kelly Lake. His dog, a brindle colored pit bull was located 8 days later in Page Mountain Park with two gunshot wounds. His 1997 dark green Oldsmobile Bravada SUV was located on 7/14/04 in Klamath Falls, OR. The 22 caliber Beretta he had in his posession has not been located. Josephine County Sheriffs Office is asking for assistance from anyone who knows Joel Rico (Orozco) or has seen him. It is believed he has a connection to the vehicle Domingo was last seen in. It has been determined that this man was in the Happy Camp, CA area at the time of Domingo Ramirezs disappearance and that he was operating a white 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Oregon plates. Josephine County Sheriffs Office is asking for assistance from anyone who has knows Jose Luis Villegas-Cavada or has seen him. It is believed he has a connection to the vehicle Domingo was last seen in. It has been determined that this man was in the Happy Camp, CA area at the time of Domingo Ramirezs disappearance and that he was operating a white 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Oregon plates.
