Circumstances	Subject left home on 10/02/2008 in a borrowed car to purchase drugs for a 3rd party. Never returned home and allegedly did not provide 3rd party with purchased drugs. The vehicle was recovered on a logging road in an area subject was known to frequent when using drugs. Vehicle appeared to be in the same condition as when it was borrowed. Has history of insulin dependant diabetes but did not take any medication with him when he left home.
