Circumstances	FATHER HAD NOT HEARD FROM SON SINCE JULY 2002 AND SUSPECTED HE HAD A METH PROBLEM AND CONCERNED AS TO WHAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED TO HIM. THEN FATHER SPOKE TO A FRIEND OF GRETH'S IN DEC 2002 AND WAS TOLD, "I THINK SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED TO KENNY...I THINK SOMEONE MARCHED HIM INTO THE WOODS AND TOOK CARE OF THE MONEY HE OWED." THE FATHER HIRED A PI AND IT WAS SURMISED THAT GRETH HAD FELONY WARRANTS AND WAS HIDING. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CHECKED AND GRETH DID NOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE WARRANTS. ON AUG 15,2009 A VEHICLE REGISTERED TO GRETH WAS FOUND OVER AN EMBANKMENT OFF BEAR CAMP RD, OREGON. NO SIGN OR REMAINS OF GRETH WERE LOCATED.

ITEMS FOUND IN VEHICLE ARE AS FOLLOWS: the vehicle was unoccupied a rearview mirror on the ground a black CD case with miscellaneous CDs an orange toy truck a VHS cassette with Ken written on the outside Keys from the csar ignition a small clear glass bottle of perfume ablue lighter a cassette tape a newspaper ad a pair of black sunglasses a left black Wolfe Island sandal size 10 with possible animal bite marks in the top an adult green Colgate toothbrush a cassette car stereo faceplate a contact lens case with the right contact lens inside the left contact lens which fell out of the aforementioned lens case a white OralB toothbrush with green trim a625 ounce can of Gillette foam regular shaving cream can with 2 holes possibly bullet holes in the can a brown beer bottle full of what appears to be beer A TDK D60 cassette tape torn a Sierra Nevada beer bottleunopened containing suspected beer a pair of 5 inch orange handled Fiskars scissors a silver Milan watch with black plastic handles marked MLN725 038 PC21 SR626SW Japan Movt date displayed Sunday January 31 a Mennen speed stick Ultimate Glacier deodorant a Motorola cell phone clip a pink bottle of Baby Magic baby lotion 9 ounce by Mennen a roll of Polaroid film Hi Def 24 EXP CN ISO 22040 degree a pair of red Chicago Bulls Starter shorts XL a red Ohio State Champion brand shirt Large a set of keys 83 vehicle keys 3 unknown keys and 1 Master Lock key in a small pouch containing a Nappa Auto Parts card for David Marcus of 605 SE 7 Street Grants Pass and a phone number written 956097 missing number possibly a 3 or a 5 a 2000 Liberty dollar a safety pin a small purple black and white pouch approximately 3 X 2 12 a small black bottle of CK cologne a small green plastic lid approximately 2 in diameter all of the tires on the vehicle appeared to be deflated and worn referred to attached notes the emergency brake appeared to be off the aforementioned set of keys were located inside of the ignition the gearshift appeared to be in gear and popped out when I bushed against it crawling into the vehicle the seatbelts appear to all be intact none of them appear to have been in use I did not see any blatant evidence of body fluids or other debris inside of the vehicle or amongst the surrounding debris registration for the vsehicle plates PNU060 were for October 2002
