Circumstances	Rice was last seen at approx. 1000 hrs. on 08/03/2005. She went to the home of a friend and was dirty and confused. She was given clean clothes, a bottle of water and some chocolate but the friend could not drive her to her fathers home about several miles away at that moment. Rice left. Shortly there after the friend got in her car and tried to find her but was unsucessful and she hasn't been seen since.She was allegedly sighted several times near transient camps after that but nothing was confirmed.
