- We are in need of at least one volunteer scuba diver is needed to help solve a 29 year old missing person cold case. Joanie Hall has been missing from Warrenton, Oregon USA, since September 30, 1983.
We believe we know where Joanie's body lies...The body of water she is believed to be in is public. It has been searched with a cadaver dog and verified there is a body in the water.
