Family members concerned about missing woman with mental disability

ST. HELENS, OR (KPTV) - A woman who walked away from a mental health treatment facility in St. Helens has been missing since last Wednesday, and family members are worried that she may be in danger.
St. Helens police say Lynn Paan-Saephan was last seen at Cornerstone, at 271 Columbia Blvd. in St. Helens. She disappeared sometime between 8 p.m. on Jan. 23 and 9 a.m. on Jan. 24.
Lynn is described as being a 29-year-old Asian-American woman. She has a small frame, stands 5'3" and weighs 110 pounds. She has very short black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing cream-colored sweat pants and a matching top.
Family members say her wallet, purse and other belongings were left behind. She also may not have any identification on her.
Anyone who spots her is being asked to call 911.
